Vanilla Protein Overnight Oats

Topped with mango, berries yogurt, cacao nibs, and sunflower seeds on top.
It's creamy and chewy, with a little crunch for the extra texture. It's like having Mango Berries Cheesecake for breakfast. Dessert for breakfast, who would say no?
I can never get enough oatmeal. Super filling, high in protein, and very nutrient-dense. Best of all, you can prepare it ahead of time so you can easily grab and go.
- 1 CUP Oats (Mixed quick and rolled)
- 1 SCOOP Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 CUP @nutrisoysingapore Non-Dairy Quinoa & Oats Soy Milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 TSP Vanilla Essense (Optional)
- Pure Cocobella Mixed Berries Coconut Yoghurt
- Cacao Nibs
- Toasted Sunflower Seeds
Mix all oats ingredients together until well-combined and leave it overnight or at least 4 hours. Top it off with fruits and nuts/seeds of choice, I topped mine with mango, blueberries, Cacao nibs and sunflower seeds for additional sweetness, creaminess and crunchiness.
