Clean Lean Protein

This product is amazing. It’s helping me achieve my daily protein intake after significant weight loss and now muscle gain!

I was recommended to try Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Just Natural by a nutritionist. Having been unwell for the past 3 years since having the COVID vaccine and finally getting a diagnosis of mcas and histamine intolerance caused by the vaccine I was put on an incredibly restricted diet alongside various medications and supplements. This has meant I have lost a lot of weight and muscle mass which I couldn't afford to lose. The protein shake helps me increase my daily protein intake without any issues which some protein supplements can cause. Having been previously fit and healthy and a former regular gym user that has tried various protein shakes over the years I can say that the just natural flavour when mixed with barista oat milk is actually surprisingly nice. It mixes well in a shaker and doesn't cause any bloating or any other unwanted side effects some protein shakes can cause. I haven't tried it with just water as I need the extra calories and would probably recommend using a milk such as oat, almond, coconut etc... to add a little sweetness and creamy flavour. I can't comment on the taste of the other flavours as my diet is restricted to the just natural but I'm sure the other flavours would be just as good if not better.
