CHEWY CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT BITES WITH A PB SWIRL

Ingredients

Hazelnut butter “Nutella”

2 Cups roasted hazelnuts with skins removed

3 Tbsp monk fruit powder

2 Tbsp cacao powder

2 Tbsp coconut oil melted

1 Serving Nuzest Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff


PB Swirl

2 Tbsp runny peanut butter

1 Tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp melted coconut oil

Smooth, creamy and ridiculously easy fudge cups using just a few ingredients and ready in minutes!


Method

Start by adding all the ingredients for the “Nutella paste” tougher in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a jar and set aside.

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the peanut butter swirl and set asside.

Using your non-stick moulds, sprinkle a few pieces of chopped dehydrated strawberries. Add your Nutella mixture to the peanut butter swirl mixture and lightly fold the mixture tougher, allow for some marbling and pour the butter mixture into your moulds.

Pop them in the freezer for 1 hour to set. 


Keep them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, in the freezer ensure you use a airtight container and you can then store it up to 4 weeks.
