This Dragon fruit smoothie is a healthy refreshing vibrant pink smoothie loaded with antioxidants, iron and protein.


Method

To your blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Optional, you can drizzle some dark melted chocolate at the bottom of the glass jars along with two tablespoons of coconut yoghurt, followed by the dragon fruit smoothie mixture. This will just give it some extra layers and textures. The ice-cold smoothie mixture will harden the melted chocolate, giving you some added crunchiness in between.


NOTES: For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana.
