1 Cup nut milk (unsweetened)

3 Tbsp chia seeds

4 tbsp coconut yogurt or other plant based yoghurt

2 tbsp monk fruit syrup

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

1 Serving of Nuzest Good Green Vitality

This green smoothie is an immunity booster.

Add all the above ingredients to your food processor. Blend until smooth. Once blended pour into your glass jars. For a delicious crunchy topping add your toasted coconut crunch.
