CREAMY VITALITY CHIA PORRIDGE

This sugar free protein packed overnight porridge will definitely be a winner, especially if you’re trying to incorporate some leafy greens into your lifestyle.

Ingredients

• 1 Cup nut milk (unsweetened)
• Handful baby spinach
• 1/3 Cup sesame seeds
• 4 tbsp chia seeds
• 2 tbsp coconut yogurt or other yoghurt
• 2 tbsp monk fruit syrup
• 1/2 tsp vanilla paste (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
• 1 Serving Nuzest Good Green Vitality

This sugar free protein packed overnight porridge will definitely be a winner, especially if you’re trying to incorporate some leafy greens into your lifestyle.


Method

To your high speed blender add your nut milk, sesame seeds, spinach and monk fruit syrup along with your good green vitality. Once evenly blended, pour the mixture into a large bowl or glass, add the chia sees to the liquid and stir the mixture. Set aside for 5 min. After 5 min, start by folding your coconut yoghurt into the mixture. Once done, you can pour the mixture into your overnight glass jar and store in the fridge overnight.

Optional, you can drizzle a little tahini paste into your glass before adding the chia seed mixture. This will add a little extra creaminess to the porridge. For toppings add some coconut whipped cream and of course some delicious fresh figs.
