Clean Lean Protein Good Green Vitality

These easy to make no bake vitality bites are the perfect go to dessert swap. No dairy, sugar free, vegan and of course full of protein and healthy fats.

 

Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 2 Scoops of Nuzest Good Green Vitality
  • 1 Cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 Large ripe avocado smashed
  • 1/3 Cup monk fruit syrup
  • 2 Tbsp runny peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal

These easy to make no bake vitality bites are the perfect go to dessert swap. No dairy, sugar free, vegan and of course full of protein and healthy fats.

 

I added my favourite greens powder to this mix, it has a subtle taste easy to incorporate into your lifestyle plus it is a powerhouse on its own.

 

This super blend helps fill the gaps and its my go to! The perfect pre-workout blend or dessert swap, it is great to know I can enjoy a healthy dessert swap and still feel good, boost my body with antioxidants, and thrive.


Method

Start by adding all the ingredients for the filling to a large bowl, mix until a even dough consistency is achieved, if you feel you need more sweetness you can add a little more monk fruit syrup. But I find the 1/3 Cup is good enough.

Once evenly mixed, start rolling out your bite size balls onto a non stick tray. Place the tray in the freezer for 30min allowing the balls to set and firm up.
