1/3 Cup chopped pistachios

1/2 Cup melted dark chocolate

Chocolate Coconut hearts are a simple vegan, no bake dessert that doesn't take much time to prep!

Method

To your food processor add your cereal crunch. Blend until a gain-like texture. Once blended add your pistachio nut butter and blend until a sticky dough consistency. Follow by adding your protein powder. Optional, you can also add 1 Tbsp monk fruit syrup if you used all bran flakes, then you would most likely need to add that for a little sweetness.

If the mixture is too dry, just add a little coconut oil. But make sure it has a dough consistency as you don’t want the mixture too wet.

Roll the mixture out onto your table by kneading it for a few seconds. Divide the dough into small pieces and firmly press the mixture into your individual heart shaped moulds. Make sure you have only half of the mould filled as you will be layering the mould to the top with the other two ingredients.

After the dough base you can sprinkle your chopped pistachios as the second layer followed by the melted dark chocolate.

Place the mould in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
