Enjoy this Chocolate pomegranate smoothie as a go-to for an energizing breakfast or mid-afternoon power snack as a quick way to get a dose of nutrients into your body from one cup.

Ingredients

1 Cup pre-soaked cashews

2 Cups ice cold macadamia nut milk

1 Pack of cacao flavoured coconut crunch

1/2 Cup pomegranate 

1 Tbsp raw dark cacao powder

1 Serving of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein 

2 Tbsp monk fruit syrup *optional

Method

Add all the ingredients to your high speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into your glass jars, for toppings I used some more coconut crunch from cocobynuco followed by some coconut whipped cream and finally sprinkling some more fresh pomegranate jewels with a sugar free chocolate heart.
