CINNAMON PANCAKES WITH CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MOUSSE

These chocolate protein pancakes are the perfect healthy start to your morning!

Ingredients

Pancakes:

  • 1.5 Cups of coconut cereal crunch
  • 5 Egg whites
  • 1/2 Cup berries (mixed)

These chocolate protein pancakes are the perfect healthy start to your morning!


Method

To your high speed blender add the ingredients for the pancake mixture and blend until a smooth consistency has been achieved. If you find the mixture too dry, add a tbsp or two of nut milk to the blend. 


Once blended, you can pour the batter into your heated non stick pan. Make sure you are using a non stick pan and I would recommend wiping the pan out with coconut oil.  


This prevents the pancakes from sticking. Cover the pan with the lid whilst the pancake cook, they will not only cook evenly but they will also stay nice and moist.
