This easy to make traditional Marzipan recipe is naturally egg-free, vegan, gluten-free, and optionally paleo and Keto friendly!

Ingredients

1 Cup blanched almond flour

70g Monk fruit powdered sugar

20ml Monk fruit syrup

2 Serving of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

1/2 Tsp almond extract

1/2 Tsp nutmeg *Optional

1/3 Cup almond milk

This easy to make traditional Marzipan recipe is naturally egg-free, vegan, gluten-free, and optionally paleo and Keto friendly!


Method

To your food processor add the almond flour and powdered sugar, blend for 1 min. Thereafter start adding all the other ingredients and blend until you reach a dough consistency. It is important not to add too much of the almond milk, therefore first add a little bit of the 1/3 Cup as you need to get a dough consistency.

If the dough or too dry you can add a little more nut milk. But it needs to be thick and form a dough. 

Take out the marzipan ball and knead it on a clean surface for about 30 seconds. You can now shape it into a log, or place the dough into your desired moulds. Once done wrap it up in cling wrap and refrigerate. The dough will firm up in the refrigerator.
