Since smoothies are packed full of nutrients from the fruit and veggies, we need fat to help better absorb and get the benefits from vitamins such as Vitamins A, C, D, E and K. We also need fat in our smoothies to keep us full until our next meal. Yes, a smoothie is a meal, not a drink on the side of a meal.

Ingredients

1 Large frozen banana

1/2 Cup frozen chopped mango

1/2 Cup fresh strawberries chopped

2 Cups of ice cold macadamia nut milk

2 Servings of Nuzest Good Green Vitality

4 Mint leaves

1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

Method

Add all the ingredients to your high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie mixture into your smoothie glasses and sprinkle with the following toppings: toasted puffed quinoa, strawberries maybe a drizzle of tahini paste and a sprinkle of sugar free dark chocolate nibs.
