Ingredients

1 Frozen banana⁠

1/2 Cup chickpeas⁠

1 Cup cauliflower florets (raw or steamed)⁠

2 Servings Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein⁠

1/2 Tsp all spice⁠

1 Cup of coconut yoghurt⁠

1/2 Cup of coconut milk⁠

1 Tsp flaxseed meal⁠

1 Tsp vanilla extract⁠
