This simple yet easy nutritious smoothie is not only full of antioxidants along with all the much needed essential amino acids, but the anti-inflammatory properties from the ginger powder just finishes your day off to a vibrant start.
2 Handfuls Baby spinach
1/2 Cup chopped zucchini
1/2 Cup frozen peas (thawed)
1 Serving Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1/4 Tsp Ginger powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds (soaked in 3 Tbsp water)
1 Cup coconut water
1 Cup of strawberry coconut ice blocks
** Optional 1 Tbsp oatmeal flakes
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
** Optional to top with hemp seeds and some raspberries.
