A simple “cheesecake” without the actual dairy...dairy free desserts with a healthier cleaner twist free from additives and processed ingredients. Allowing your body to recognise what is added to it. 

I used Cherries within this dessert, not only are they delicious but they are so nutritious. Especially when it comes to the high level of anti-inflammatory antioxidants.

Even some research shows that the anti-inflammatory, antioxidant compounds in cherries may help relieve exercise-induced muscle pain, damage, and inflammation thanks to the anti-inflammatory properties.

These delicious cherries worked really well by pairing it within the “cheese less” cake. The subtle vanilla flavour from Nuzest tastes delicious with the cherry combo.

Clean ingredients do not have to come across to be boring, plant based food has so many options, it all just depends on how we use it.

This simple yet tasty healthy dessert can be kept in the freezer for 5-7 days, before serving, take out one square and leave for 3-4min before serving. Allowing it to set once it has come out of the freezer.
