VANILLA CARAMEL CASHEW COOKIES

These are made for the whole family. Naturally low in carbs, sugar free, keto, paleo and vegan friendly, these soft, chewy flourless cookies take only 12 minutes to whip together.
1/2 Cup cashew nut butter
1/2 Cup tahini paste
3 Tbsp Monk Fruit syrup
1/2 Cup almond flour
1 Serving Nuzest Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed meal
1/2 Cup plain peanuts
1/3 Cup coconut oil
1/4 Cup hempseed milk or coconut cream
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large tray with parchment paper or prepare a cookie sheet.
Using a food processor, combine all your ingredients, except for the peanuts. Add the peanuts in after the mixture has been mixed.
Ensure the mixture is a dough like consistency.
Roll out your balls and flatten them into cookies.
Bake for 12-15min. Allow too cool. They store well in the fridge for up to 1.5 weeks.
