These easy no bake peanut butter plant-based balls are a quick, simple dessert and sure to be a hit! They are vegan, sugar free, soy free and also dairy free!

Ingredients

1 Can White bean

1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter

1/3 Cup Dates (Soaked if needed) *

1/2 Cup Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

1/2 Cup Almond Flour

1/2 Cup Oat Flour

1 TSP Vanilla Essence

Pinch of Pink Salt

Pinch of Cinnamon

60g Dark Chocolate (For Coating)

Non- Dairy Milk (Add if required)

These easy no bake peanut butter plant-based balls are a quick, simple dessert and sure to be a hit! They are vegan, sugar free, soy free and also dairy free!


Method

Blend all ingredients together except for the dark chocolate until well combined. Add in non-dairy milk if mixture is dry. Feel free to stir in chocolate chips or nuts at this point, then roll the mixture into balls. Melt the dark chocolate and coat the fudge balls. Leave it in the fridge till the coating have harden. Enjoy!

*Use 1/4 Cup of sweetener if you don' wish to use dates

**You can use their chocolate or vanilla Caramel flavor.
