Here it is: the PERFECT fitness dessert!

It’s vegan, full of protein, no sugar, non-dairy and PACKED with delicious, strawberries and soy cream.

Ingredients

TOPPINGS:

  • Apple Slices
  • Soy Cream or @purecocobella Natural Coconut Yoghurt

It’s vegan, full of protein, no sugar, non-dairy and PACKED with delicious, strawberries and soy cream.


Method

Mix all dry ingredients together until well-combined and blend it till resembles fine powder. Add non-dairy milk and leave it overnight or at least 4 hours.

Top it off with fruits and nuts/seeds of choice. I topped mine with apple and coconut yoghurt for extra creaminess.

 

*Note: You may add yoghurt or more non-dairy milk in the mixture if you prefer it to be more creamy and runny.
