Base Layer:

4 Blackberries chopped

1 Tablespoon Cacao nibs

1/3 Teaspoon of vanilla essence

This needs to be chunky, so you can chop it up.

Middle Layer:

1 Tablespoon of hempseed or sesame seeds

2 Tablespoons of cauliflower rice

1 Teaspoon of Clean Lean Vanilla Protein Nuzest

This also needs to be chunky, it adds some extra crunch between layers.

Green Smoothie Layer:

3 Handfuls of baby spinach

1 Tablespoon of hempseed butter or macadamia butter

1/4 Avocado

1 Cup of Frozen Peas

1 Tablespoon Yacon Syrup

1 Serving of Good Green Stuff Nuzest

1/4 Teaspoon of Spirulina powder

1 Serving of Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Vanilla

1 Cup of Macadamia Milk Or I often use coconut water

The green layer, you need to blend in your blender until smooth.
