Cherry Ripe Smoothie

If you think cherries and chocolate taste perfect on their own, you're in for a pleasant surprise: They also make a ridiculously good smoothie combination. This dessert-y beverage is high in protein and will tide you over till morning.


Ingredients

¾ cup coconut water

1 date, pitted

½ tsp vanilla powder or extract

¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tbsp raw cacao

½ serve Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

Pinch of salt

1 large banana, frozen

1 cup pitted cherries, frozen


Method

1. Soak date in the coconut water for 30 mins to soften.

2. Add all ingredients, in the above order, to a blender and blend until smooth.
