This smoothie highlights our favourite superfood - kale. This leafy green is a great low-calorie source of fibre, calcium, and iron. Sweetened with banana, this dairy-free smoothie is a fantastic mix and a healthy snack!


Ingredients

1 banana (peeled and frozen)

1 cup rice milk

1-2 large kale leaves

1 tbsp tahini

½ tbsp maple syrup

Pinch of five spice mix

1 serve Creamy Cappuccino Clean Lean Protein


Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
