This smoothie is a delicious combo of greens & added refreshing coconut water.
I have added some main components one being Guava, Guava fruit is so crunchy & amazingly also rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, potassium, and fibre.
Guava is also antimicrobial, neutralising harmful microbes in the gut that can cause any discomfort within the bowel.
I also added some MACA root powder, Maca root powder is rich in nutrients, including vitamin C, copper and iron. It also contains many bioactive plant
compounds. Plus it adds a bit of a nutty taste, it is also ideal for promoting lean muscle tissue.
Coconut water is known to help reduce free radical damage to our bodies cells, especially during the production that's occurring in response to high oxalate levels in urine.
