Ingredients

1 Cup chopped purple cabbage

1/2 Cup frozen blueberries

1/2 Cup frozen blackberries

1 Cup of purple cauliflower florets

1 Steamed beetroot

2 Servings of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

2 Cups of coconut water

1 Cup of ice

1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
