PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE
Recipe by Charissa & Co.
Quarantine Smoothie. During my quarantine time I will still keep up my daily habits as this became part of my lifestyle.
During quarantine living I will still workout everyday, I will still continue to make the meals my body prefers + I will focus on being mentally strong. Healthy body, Healthy diet does not work if the mind is all over the place. Yes, it has been hard these past few days in quarantine, but I am determined to keep myself sane + in light share with you that where there is a will, there is a way. If you want to lead a healthier lifestyle, you can. You just need to take the small steps first.
Healthy lifestyle is by making small (but strategic) healthy choices, along in doing them consistently. Not perfectly, but consistently.
Some secret weapons that can inspire you to get started.
Make your own meal, even if it is one meal a day instead of take out or relying on someone.
Start with the easy version first, especially if you are new to making food.
Easy version example: make a smoothie, or steam some veggies in a cooker. I mean this smoothie I made from left over cooked pumpkin I made the night before.
Always remember your direct environment shapes your choices especially when it comes to your dietary choices.
Perfect example, I packed and ensured my #quarantine environment is perfectly fit to my needs along in honouring my choices in life.
1 Cup of left over steamed pumpkin (puree)
1.5 Cups coconut milk
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp pumpkin spice

1 Serving of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
