1 Cup of fresh chopped strawberries

1 Frozen banana

2 Servings of Nuzest Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff 

1 Cup of macadamia nut milk

1 Tablespoon of macadamia nut butter

2 Tablespoons of desiccated coconut

2 Tablespoons of puffed quinoa

2 Medjool Dates

5 Blocks of iced coconut water
