Protein is an important part of breakfast not just the carbs…High protein, fiber first thing in the morning will allow you to feel satisfied, along with being energised throughout the morning avoiding those unnecessary sugar spikes.

These days there are so many granola “options” so when choosing yours, always aim for less info on the ingredients list. Simple way is to get some activated buckwheat groats, then mix your own nuts, seeds, + dehydrated berries to it. Therefore you cut out that hidden “devil” mr glucose corn syrup, or whatever fancy name they have for the sugars…

Now, you can even make your own protein milk to top your morning granola.

Method

Start the night before, soak the macadamia nuts + almonds overnight.

The next morning, strain the nuts + rinse well.

In your blender, add all the ingredients including the filtered water, blend until smooth.

Pour into your storage glass jar + pour + enjoy onto your granola.
