Banana & Honey Mousse Popsicles
Banana & Honey Mousse Popsicles are healthy vitamin popsicles for hot Summer days for kids (or the kid inside of all of us).
1 very ripe banana (large or 2 small)
½ cup water ½ cup coconut cream
2 tbsp Choc Honeycomb Good Kids Stuff
2 tsp honey or coconut nectar or 1 Medjool date
1 tbsp peanut butter
Note: You will needs popsicle moulds - available from most supermarkets
1. Add a couple of raspberries to each popsicle mould, then pour some of the chocolate mixture on top, ensuring there are no air bubbles.
2. Continue to fill the moulds with liquid, adding a few raspberries as you go so they are mixed throughout the popsicle.
3. Place a popsicle stick in the centre of each mould and put in the freezer for 1-2 hours to set.
