Plant based Strawberry Ice cream
1 cup raw cashew nuts, soaked overnight
1 can coconut cream
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Sachet Nuzest Kids good staff
2 tsp Pink pitaya powder
1/4 cup Raw Honey or Maple syrup
100 g or more of strawberry slices (last)
Drain the water from cashews and transfer to the food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients (except strawberry slices) and blend on high until the mixture is smooth. Add in strawberries and stir.
Transfer to the container and freeze until solid. Enjoy!
