With pineapple being so versatile, I decided to make something vibrant by adding some delicious pink dragon fruit.
These smoothies are also great for those #PostWorkout options. It contains bromelain which provides anti-inflammatory properties, it may also aid recovery after strenuous exercise by reducing tissue inflammation.
