Clean Lean Protein
It’s a perfect mix of simple minimal ingredients that just work!


  • 1/2 Cup melted dark chocolate
  • 1 Cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract 
  • 6 Large Medjool dates (pre-soaked)


  • Dark melted chocolate 
  • Quinoa puffs

It’s a perfect mix of simple minimal ingredients that just work!


Place your mould aside whilst making the filling of the ice-cream cups. 

Start with the melted dark chocolate by coating one side of your silicone moulds, place it in the freezer to set while you add the peanut butter mixture to the other part of your mould (see video). 

For the peanut butter filling add the protein powder and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture, mix well and start scooping the mixture into the other part of the mould. Remove the pips from the dates and place the dates firmly between the peanut butter mixture.

Once done, remove the chocolate mixture from the freezer and place the mould on top of the peanut butter mixture. Close the mould firmly, pop into the holes your popsicle sticks.

Freeze for another 1.5 hours, once this has passed, remove the popsicles from the freezer, allow to thaw a few minutes before you enjoy it. Optional you can coat them one more time with some dark chocolate and quinoa puffs.
