PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

Here is a peanut butter chocolate ice cream recipe to try at home as a refreshing summer desserts during this lockdown.
2 Cups pre-soaked cashew nuts
2 Cups of macadamia nut milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Serving Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1 Serving Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1/3 Cup Monk fruit syrup
1/2 Cup Macadamia nut butter
1/3 Cup raw cacao powder
1/2 Cup blanched peanuts
Coating: Raw dark melted chocolate
Blend the above ingredients together until smooth. Pour into your moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours (depending on the depth of the mould). Option to cover with dark chocolate once it has been frozen. Freeze again for coating to set for another 30min.
