A superfood breakfast, this can be ready in 1 hour once it has set in the fridge or you can leave it as an overnight porridge for the next morning. 

Simple yet easy to mix along with providing a good nutrient profile less the refined sugars and additives you find in some of the instant quick porridge. Always read the label as it can be a great tool.

Within this porridge there is a combination of hemp seeds, chia seeds along with added plant protein from Nuzest. The combination of peach works well with the Vanilla flavour.

Hemp Seeds - technically a nut, is not only nutty in flavour but key to add to our lifestyle as it has two essential fatty acids, Omega-6 as well as Omega-3. Hemp Seeds also contain GLA (Gamma linolenic acid), familiar with evening primrose oil? Well, hemp seeds contain the same oil. GLA is linked to supporting brain health, skeletal health and us females our reproductive health along with hair, skin and nails.
