This three seed chia porridge inspired breakfast is full of confidence and nutrients bursting with antioxidants.

Let’s not forget that we reducing food waste and we are also boosting our bones, hormone and gut health. Ladies, this is the breakfast is created for us!

This porridge is versatile for you to tweak according to your needs and preferences, however still staying with the idea in mind to have more whole foods and less processed ingredients, you can swap out the coconut milk for macadamia milk, or perhaps even pea milk if you prefer.

By adding cauliflower AKA Cruciferous vegetable, part of the brassica family and when cut, chewed or cooked a phytochemical known as Indole-3-carbinol is produced.

This natural chemical promotes liver function which is important for hormone balance where our waste products and “spent” hormones are cleared out.
