Often you would hear about adding more whole foods to our lifestyle along with the benefits it holds.

Most of us know there are benefits, but the problem is we don’t take real action by adding some of these whole foods to our lifestyles.

Therefore I aim to share simple, creative yet easy meal plant tips that can be altered to your unique taste buds.

There is always more than one colour to the rainbow available when it comes to selecting whole plant foods. It is down to you to find what you like.

The molecular structure of foods that enter our system, is also important, thus being said, the way we prepare certain foods impact largely on how the body will metabolise the food from generating quality energy, to providing amino acids for our bodies muscles, cells etc. The simpler the food, less processed the more your body can benefit.

These Trick or treat No Bake Pumpkin Caramel slices are not only simple, but you don’t even need oven skills.

Beyond its delicious taste, pumpkin is nutritious and linked to many health benefits.

It is no trick, just a healthy simple treat.

Method

Add all into the food processor until a dough consistency. Once achieved, scoop out into your desired moulds.

Keep in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set before drizzling the raw cinnamon spice chocolate coating.

Once chocolate drizzle is added, pop back into the fridge for the chocolate to set around 1 hour.

Enjoy these chewy finger size treats as a simple processed free treat.
