NO BAKE PROTEIN COCONUT BITES

Less is more, less complex the easier for our digestive system to recognize and break down by allowing to transport and arrange the absorbed nutrients to either energize, provide building blocks, or get stored for later.
1 Cup of gluten free oats
2/3 Cup of toasted coconut flakes @cocobynuco
2 Servings of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
1/2 Cup of Macadamia nut butter (smooth and runny)
1/3 Cup of flaxseed meal
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 Cup of Manuka Honey
Blend all the ingredients together apart from the oats, once blended you can add the oats by mixing it with a spoon. Roll out your bite size balls.
Refrigerate for 1.5 hours before serving, keep in your fridge for up to 1.5 weeks in a storage jar.
