NO BAKE BLUEBERRY LEMON PROTEIN WAFFLE BARS

Super tasty and delicious on It’s own, these new Nuzest Lemon coconut protein bars are amazing and so versatile!
I decided to make something for my on the go post-workout snack for the next day.. Just using a few simple ingredients.
I love how long these protein waffle bars last in the fridge.
They are super chewy and So tasty. Free from any processed ingredients or refined sugars.
- 3 Nuzest Lemon coconut protein bars
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp Monk fruit syrup
- 1/3 Cup dehydrated blueberries
- 1/3 Cup almond meal
White Chocolate Drizzle:
- 1/3 Cup melted cocoa butter
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tsp coconut butter
- 1 Tsp tahini paste or cashew butter
Add all the ingredients for the waffle base to your food processor. Blend until dough consistency.
Full your moulds with the mixture and pop in the freezer for 45min to set.
Before serving make your white chocolate drizzle.
A delicious on the go protein bar.
