MILKY DREAM TOASTED COCONUT ICE CREAM

One bite will transport you to a sandy beach in Hawaii.
White coconut ice-creams
2 Cups of soaked cashews (overnight in cold water at least 5 hours)
1/2 Cup of coconut cream
1 Tablespoon of coconut oil
2-3 Tablespoons of yacon syrup or monk fruit powder
1 Large lemon squeezed
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 Servings of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1/2 Packet of coconut flakes
Once the cashews have soaked, rinse them and allow to dry.
In your blender add in all the ingredients as well as the coconut flakes, blend until smooth. Adding the cashews and blend once again until it becomes creamy in texture.
Pour into your desired mould, freeze for at least 4 hours before serving
Sprinkle with the rest of the toasted coconut and some dark chocolate.
