Berries are not only widely popular, but delicious and such a great superfood to add into a smoothie.

Every time I add berries into my smoothies, I think of those extra antioxidants that I am adding into my body. Berries are so great to fight off free radicals. 

This smoothie has a delicious twist with a little mango, and some smooth vanilla protein from Nuzest. Giving it that final texture and taste with added protein.
