Breakfast/Brunch, is the first meal you have. What you have for breakfast can set your course for the entire day. The choice you made will result into how you will feel later in the late morning as well as the rest of the day.

The goal is here to ensure you are satisfied until lunch without the urge to run to the vending machine.

Key tip is to have a high quality protein breakfast. 

Protein has the significant benefit to keep us feeling fuller for longer, it also decreases the release of the hormone ‘gherlin’ that is released when we are hungry. 

Having whole foods, that are high in fiber along in being minimally processed with less refined sugars and high protein, will only give you a spring in your step.


2 Handfuls of baby spinach

1/2 Cup frozen Mango

1.5 Cups of coconut water

2 Servings Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

1 Serving Nuzest Good Green Vitality

1 Cup chopped Zucchini 

1 Tbsp flaxseed meal

5 Blocks of ice


Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Top with some delicious toasted coconut from @cocobynuco, the coconut flakes is made of coconut meat, giving you that added fiber. It is also rich in several minerals.
