LEMON CHOCOLATE WALNUT BAKE

Why not twist things up this weekend? A bit of chocolate with a zesty twist…
A zinger of a treat 🤩
1 Cup gluten free flour (for baking)
1 Serving Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein with 1 Tbsp raw dark cacao powder
1/3 Cup Monk fruit sugar
1 Whole lemon juiced
2 Large eggs
1/3 Cup coconut oil
1/2 Cup hempseed milk
1/2 Cup quinoa flakes
1/2 Cup walnuts
3 Large Medjool dates ** optional
Preheat the oven to 180degrees Celcius. Grease out your baking pan with coconut oil.
Blend all the ingredients in your food processor apart from the walnuts. Once everything has been blended. Add your walnuts and mix it in with a spoon.
Pour the batter into your baking tray… add more walnuts, pistachios and crushed hazelnuts on top 🙌🙌
Bake for 40-45min
