KETO VEGAN PALEO OVERNIGHT COCONUT

When it comes to some meals, especially breakfast, we often want to plan it + make it ahead especially when you know you have a busy morning the next day.
With this combo I made two different versions, but using one base, therefore you can be inspired to create whatever flavors you choose by using one base prep plan.
This gluten free, grain free, paleo + overnight porridge is made with hemp seeds, unsweetened desiccated coconut, coconut flour + macadamia nut milk.
- 3 Tbsp Hempseeds
- 1.5 Tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1 Tbs coconut flour
- 1 Tsp tahini paste (hulled)
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Serving of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1/2 Cup Macadamia nut milk
- 2 Tsp Monk Fruit Syrup
Toppings / Flavour:
- Dehydrated blueberries with Monk Fruit drizzle + toasted hazelnuts
- or Dehydrated cranberries with Monk Fruit drizzle, chopped Brazil nuts + cinnamon spice
Add all ingredients to a large container / jar with a lid. Stir until combined. Cover with lid and chill in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
When ready to serve, remove lid and stir, pour with more milk until desired consistency is reached. Scoop into your glass jars + top with whatever combo you like. Optional you can even add the toppings on the night before and leave overnight for the next morning.
