Keto Vanilla Matcha Pancakes
3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 cup water or more if too thick
pinch of salt
Butter and sugar free syrup for serving

Pancakes are a healthy breakfast. Made with 5 simple ingredients that taste amazing. They are low carb and packed with protein.
What’s even better is that these are keto waffles, too!
1. Heat your cast iron pan on medium and spray with cooking spray.
2. Mix the protein powder, egg, sour cream, baking powder, water and salt in a bowl until fully combined.
3. Cook pancakes on hot pan with drops of coconut oil. Cook until crispy, and serve immediately with butter or sour cream and drizzle with sugar free syrup.
