KETO CINNAMON CARROT CAKE PORRIDGE

This Carrot Cake Porridge recipe is the perfect healthy breakfast. It’s loaded with carrots, cauliflower, coconut milk and of course protein!
1/2 Cup of chopped carrot (riced)*
1/2 Cup of cauliflower (rice)*
1/2 Cup pre-soaked almonds *
2 Tablespoons of shredded coconut sheets from @cocobynuco
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon
1/3 Teaspoon of nutmeg
5 Pieces chopped walnut
1.5 Cups of coconut milk
3 Tablespoon of chia seeds
First ensure the carrots, cauliflower and almonds are finely chopped.
* (Riced consistency when chopped in the food processor)
Mix all the ingredients together and leave overnight in the fridge. the next morning, scoop out into your two glass jars.
