Adding mango to this smoothie adds more than just the delicious taste, the health benefits of this tasty versatile fruit is certainly endless. It marries really well with the Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein making it not only creamy and delicious but gives you a full meal in one with all your essential amino acids, key for providing the foundations for protein.

2 Handfuls of baby spinach

2 Cups of Macadamia nut milk

1 Cup of chopped frozen mango

2 Tablespoons of buckwheat groats (activated)

2 Servings of Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

1 Serving of Nuzest Good Green Vitality

1 Teaspoon of almond butter

1 Cup of chopped zucchini 

1/2 Passion fruit


Blend the above ingredients together until smooth. For toppings you can add whatever you desire, even using the remainder of the passionfruit pulp as a topping. I added a little passionfruit pulp, toasted coconut flakes and some activated buckwheat groats.
