Omega-9 fatty acids are monounsaturated. Avocado is a great source of monounsaturated fat.
Monounsaturated fat improves inflammation and is known to improve insulin sensitivity.
1/4 Ripe Avocado
1 Frozen banana
1 Cup of chopped zucchini
2 Large handfuls of baby spinach
1/2 Cup of Chopped strawberries
1 Handful of Kale
2 Servings of Nuzest Smooth Vanilla aClean Lean Protein
1 Serving of Nuzest Green vitality
1 Teaspoon of flaxseed meal
1 Cup of coconut water
1 Teaspoon of chia seeds
Blend the above ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into your two porridge bowls and sprinkle with cacao nibs and fresh strawberries
