GREEN VITALITY SMOOTHIE

Clean Lean Protein   Good Green Vitality   recipe
, SERVES:2

Recipe by Charissa & Co

Who does not love a good tasty green smoothie? Greens are not only loaded with good nutrients, but yet so easy to blend and versatile to make your own.

I added zucchini to this smoothie as a lower fruit (sugar) based smoothie. Zucchini is rich in Vitamin A, potassium, Vitamin C along with magnesium and so much more. Magnesium is known to be an alkalizing mineral.

By adding the Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein to this smoothie, I not only get a rich creamy smoothie, but it has that added protein profile.

Smoothies can be a real energy booster when we add the right ingredients to it. Not only tasty but jam packed full of your 5 a day.

Adding some Good Greens Vitality to this smoothie finishes it off really well.

Good Green Vitality provides balance. Feel good naturally, with nutrients to support energy production and your body’s natural detoxification pathways.

Great for supporting the immune system thanks to the wide range of ingredients that help to regulate inflammation and support healthy immune function.

So easy to digest, thanks to the simplicity of the ingredients allowing your body to recognize digest and absorb.
