Kale Smoothie is a one best way to start acquiring its taste and then making it an everyday part of your healthy diet.


Ingredients

- A handful of curly kale 

- 1 frozen banana 

- 1 tsp Nuzest Cocoa Mint 

- 1 tsp Almond butter 

- 2 dates, pitted 

- Oat milk (to add consistency) 


Method

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, adding oat milk until you reach your desired consistency. You might need a tamper to push everything down.
