1 Tbsp tahini paste (runny)

4 Drop Braggs Liquid amino’s

Recipe by Charissa & Co.

I decided to make a protein inspired bread that is free from grains and processed ingredients. Allowing for it to be suited to clients who follow a paleo, keto or grain-free lifestyle.

Even if you’re trying to find healthier alternatives or food swaps but not yet taken action in this area. You could experiment a bit and see what works for you.

One of the fundamentals of good nutrition involves taking time out to prepare your meals.

Therefore making time involves implementing basic daily or weekly planning, prioritizing and or creating weekly rituals that ensures efficiency.

Simple short actions can accumulate over time into more habit based actions.

Method

Preheat the oven to 180Degrees Celsius.

In your food processor blend the cauliflower into a rice. Once done, using a large mixing bowl, add your cauliflower rice along with all the other ingredients to your mixing bowl. Ensure the mixture is thoroughly mixed.

Pour the mixture into your bread loaf (I recommend a silicone mold). Bake for 30-35min.

Once baked, remove from the mold and place back into the oven on grill for another 5-10min (make sure the oven is set at a low grill of 150Degrees C)
