1/3 Cup dehydrated blueberries

2 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tsp nut butter

1 Cup coconut crunch 

1 Serving Nuzest Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff

1 Tbsp Monk Fruit Syrup

1 Cup of vanilla almond milk

This super quick breakfast option you can enjoy three ways.

On the go in your jar, In a smoothie, or even as an overnight porridge.

The world is your oyster so let’s be creative.

Some basic key principles to good nutrition especially at breakfast.

Consume more protein to reduce appetite and therefore overall energy intake.

Eat slowly so you can tune into your hunger, fullness signals and stop eating when you are satisfied.

Method

Add all the ingredients apart from the nut milk, for on the Go Breakfast in a jar, once you ready to eat your breakfast as you get to your destination you can add your milk.

Option two, add all ingredients, blend in your blender for a thick smoothie.

Option three, add all the ingredients and leave overnight in the fridge for a thick overnight breakfast pudding
