When you have leftover vegetables from the night before, why not make yourself a delicious lunch time wrap. Option you can even take this with you on the go if you know you are in a rush the morning.

All you need to do is, keep your wraps separate, make your tahini vegetable mix and keep it separate. When you ready for your lunch you can basically just add the pumpkin tahini mix to the wrap (or whatever vegetables you made the night before)

Remember there is no need to make it perfect, secondly the tahini paste dressing goes with mostly any vegetable mix.

It is simple daily practices we can take each day to build our skills when it comes to creating that food ritual.

Method

Mix the tahini, liquid amino’s, hemp-seed butter, nuzest protein powder + pre-soaked sun-dried tomatoes + 1/3 Cup of the chopped steamed pumpkin together, ideally if you can blend it that would be better.

Once blended, you can spread your paste on the inside of the wraps, start by filling the wraps with your asparagus, pumpkin, arugula leaves.

Roll the wraps tightly and enjoy.
